¡Hola compañeros humanos!

Otro día, otro oportunidad de escuchar. Hay una razón tenemos dos orejas y solo una baco. ¿no?

Okay, that's all I can do with the Spanish today unless I just start using the memorized phrases I have in the tool belt.

"No hay es ni una nube en el cielo."

"Bien está lo que bien acaba."

"No, oficial, no he estado bebiendo alcohol."

¡Ja, ja, ja! Es divertido porque es verdad.

De todos modos, I have a difficult time with podcasts. I like them, but I often find my mind wandering when they are on. ¿Qué puedo decir? Soy una soñadora.

Pero, maybe that's a good thing. Perhaps it is beneficial to have the language run through my subconscious while I go about my day. It's like giving my inner child a set of keys to play with so I can get some work done. 

Los cuentos de Duolingo son divertidos. The stories are silly and exaggerated, but cute. I have been going back to the beginning to refresh the basics, pero I am also listening to the advanced stories to train myself to understand the spoken language at a mostly normal pace.

De todos modos, as I type this a very active thunderstorm is crashing outside my window, and I have some documents to edit for work that I'm avoiding. Avoiding adult tasks es mi superpoder.
